Effective today, mod_userdir Protection has been enabled on all cPanel servers.
This basically disables the ability to view your website via the temporary URL. (http://server_ip/~username/)
There have been a number of users found abusing this feature. Using this feature, bandwidth used isn’t counted towards the individual users’ quota.
